檢測二極管好壞的簡易方法


  (包括檢(jian)波二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、整(zheng)流二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、阻尼(ni)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、開關二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、續流二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan))是由一個PN結構成(cheng)的(de)(de)半(ban)導體器件,具(ju)有單(dan)向(xiang)導電特(te)性(xing)。通過用(yong)萬用(yong)表檢(jian)測其正(zheng)、反向(xiang)電阻值,可以(yi)判別出(chu)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)電極(ji),還(huan)可估測出(chu)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)是否損(sun)壞。

  1.極(ji)性的(de)(de)判(pan)別(bie) 將萬用表(biao)(biao)置于R×100檔或R×1k檔,兩表(biao)(biao)筆分別(bie)接二極(ji)管(guan)的(de)(de)兩個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),測(ce)出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)結果后,對(dui)調(diao)兩表(biao)(biao)筆,再測(ce)出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)結果。兩次測(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)結果中,有一(yi)次測(ce)量(liang)出(chu)的(de)(de)阻值(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)大(為反向電(dian)(dian)阻),一(yi)次測(ce)量(liang)出(chu)的(de)(de)阻值(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)小(為正(zheng)向電(dian)(dian)阻)。在(zai)阻值(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)小的(de)(de)一(yi)次測(ce)量(liang)中,黑表(biao)(biao)筆接的(de)(de)是二極(ji)管(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)極(ji),紅表(biao)(biao)筆接的(de)(de)是二極(ji)管(guan)的(de)(de)負極(ji)。

  2.單負導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能(neng)的(de)(de)檢測及好(hao)(hao)壞的(de)(de)判斷 通常,鍺(zang)材(cai)料二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1kΩ左右(you),反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)300左右(you)。硅材(cai)料二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)5 kΩ左右(you),反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)∞(無窮(qiong)大)。正(zheng)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)越(yue)(yue)(yue)小(xiao)(xiao)越(yue)(yue)(yue)好(hao)(hao),反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)越(yue)(yue)(yue)大越(yue)(yue)(yue)好(hao)(hao)。正(zheng)、反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)相差越(yue)(yue)(yue)懸殊,說(shuo)明二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)單向導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特性越(yue)(yue)(yue)好(hao)(hao)。若(ruo)測得(de)二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)、反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均接近0或阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)較小(xiao)(xiao),則說(shuo)明該二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)內部已(yi)擊(ji)穿短路(lu)或漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)損壞。若(ruo)測得(de)二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)、反(fan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均為(wei)(wei)(wei)無窮(qiong)大,則說(shuo)明該二(er)(er)(er)(er)極管(guan)(guan)已(yi)開路(lu)損壞。

  3.反(fan)(fan)向(xiang)(xiang)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce) 二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)反(fan)(fan)向(xiang)(xiang)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(耐壓(ya)值)可(ke)(ke)以用(yong)晶(jing)體管(guan)(guan)直流(liu)參數(shu)測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)(biao)測(ce)量(liang)。其方法是:測(ce)量(liang)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)時(shi),應將(jiang)(jiang)測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)“NPN/PNP”選(xuan)擇(ze)鍵設置(zhi)為NPN狀(zhuang)態,再將(jiang)(jiang)被測(ce)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)接測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)“C”插孔(kong)內(nei),負極(ji)(ji)(ji)插入測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)“e”插孔(kong),然(ran)后按(an)下(xia)“V”鍵,測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)(biao)即可(ke)(ke)指示出二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)向(xiang)(xiang)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值。也可(ke)(ke)用(yong)兆(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)和萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)向(xiang)(xiang)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、測(ce)量(liang)時(shi)被測(ce)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)負極(ji)(ji)(ji)與兆(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)相接,將(jiang)(jiang)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與兆(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)負極(ji)(ji)(ji)相連,同(tong)時(shi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(置(zhi)于合適的(de)(de)(de)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檔)監測(ce)二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)兩端的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。如圖4-71所示,搖動兆(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)手柄(應由慢逐漸(jian)加(jia)快),待二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)兩端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩(wen)定(ding)而不再上升時(shi),此(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值即是二(er)(er)(er)極(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)向(xiang)(xiang)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。
